Celery and celery seeds
I have never been a person that likes celery. I only used it in tuna and chicken salad. Lately I have been using it in my juicer. It has helped me loose weight, it gets the fat out of my stomach. Celery Is very good for your heart. It is also a good veggie for inflammation. Inflammation is anything that does harm to your body. Celery seeds are just as good also. Celery seeds widen up up your arteries, by lowering your blood pressure. It is also full of vitamins like A, C and K. It also has calcium and full of fiber. It's good 😊 if you have a lot of gas and constipation. I personally added it to my season that I cook with. I take one season that has salt and add other non salt seasoning. I have always cooked like this so I am a very low sodium person. To sum up both celery and celery seeds are good for us. This is my research.
